As an instructor of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and other forms of martial arts, I teach people how to turn their intention inward - to feel where we have blockages in our system and identify the movements we need to create more fluid energetic flows within our bodies.  Movement therapy and martial arts teach us how to release stagnation while learning how to ground at the same time!
